  • If this is your first time logging into your applicant account since May 2021 then you will need to migrate your pin. Please review the PIN Migration steps.

  • If this is your first time ever applying for a position click "Sign Up" and complete the steps to create an account. Do not use special characters in your username.
FORGOT PASSWORD
  • There are 2 option to reset your password; by Security Questions or Email. Click the "Forgot Password" link under the Password text box.
INTERNAL CITY EMPLOYEES….Click the button "Login As Existing Employee" to be redirected to Employee Self Service to login. This will allow you to view both internal and external postings. Use your existing active directory credentials to login. You do not need to migrate a pin.
